2. No Return / No Refund Policy (Customized Products)
As per the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, customized or personalized goods are not eligible for return or refund.
Therefore:
- All customized orders are final and non-refundable
- Orders cannot be canceled once production has started
3. Replacement Policy (Limited Cases)
We offer replacement only (no refund) in the following situations:
- Wrong product delivered
- Manufacturing or printing defect
- Damaged product received
4. Replacement Conditions
To claim a replacement:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share unboxing video and clear images as proof
- Product must be unused and in original condition
Failure to provide proof may result in rejection of the request.
5. Non-Eligible Cases
We are not liable for:
- Incorrect size selected by customer
- Minor color variation (screen vs print difference)
- Customer-approved design errors (spelling, layout, etc.)
- Delivery delays caused by courier partners
6. Refund Policy

- Order is canceled before production starts

- Processed within 15-30 working days

- Once the order enters production, cancellation is not permitted

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services. However, we will assist in tracking and resolution.
